Role: Wills & Probate Solicitor / Lawyer
Location: Barnsley (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a well‑known and highly respected high street law firm in Barnsley to recruit an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long‑established firm with deep roots in the local community, offering high‑quality private client work and a genuinely supportive working environment. What you'll be doing
- Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration matters
- Advising clients on estate planning, inheritance tax, and trusts
- Drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and other private client documentation
- Handling probate matters from instruction through to completion
- Providing sensitive, client‑focused advice to individuals and families
- Supporting the ongoing growth and development of the department
What they're looking for
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Proven experience within Wills, Probate, and Private Client work
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- A personable and empathetic approach with clients
