The Role

We are seeking a Growth Consultancy Director to join JPC’s Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping, scaling and leading our Growth Consultancy Business Unit.

This is a rare opportunity for a senior consulting or strategic leader who combines sharp strategic thinking with operational grip and commercial discipline – someone who enjoys turning ambitious ideas into consistently excellent delivery.

The role is deliberately designed to complement the Managing Partner of the Growth Consultancy. The Managing Partner will be focused on opportunity spotting, big‑picture strategy, senior client challenge and long‑term growth, the Growth Consultancy Director will act as the operational, delivery and commercial backbone of the consulting practice – ensuring quality, rigour, follow‑through and day‑to‑day excellence.

Over a three‑year horizon, the role carries a clear pathway to executive leadership and equity, with the longer‑term ambition of becoming Managing Director / Partner of the Growth Consultancy Practice.
