Senior Brand & Marketing Communications Manager
Location: Hertfordshire
We’re looking for a strategic, creative and commercially minded Senior Brand & Marketing Communications Manager to lead the development and delivery of emotionally compelling, insight‑driven brand and seasonal campaigns.
This is a pivotal role at the heart of the brand. You’ll shape how they show up across every channel, touchpoint and audience—building distinctiveness, strengthening brand equity and driving long‑term growth. You’ll bring together strategy, creative direction and campaign orchestration to ensure all activity is cohesive, consistent and high‑impact.
You’ll also lead the brand partnerships strategy, identifying and managing collaborations that extend reach, unlock new audiences and deliver measurable value.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the annual brand and campaign calendar, aligning brand, seasonal and tactical activity across the business.
- Using insight, research and performance data to shape brand plans and identify growth opportunities.
- Owning end‑to‑end campaign development—from insight and briefing through to creative, media, PR, CRM and digital execution.
- Creating inspiring creative briefs and championing creative excellence across all channels.
- Ensuring campaigns are integrated across paid, owned and earned media, with consistent storytelling and seamless customer journeys.
- Leading media strategy and agency direction for brand and seasonal campaigns.
- Overseeing PR strategy and supporting crisis communications when required.
- Acting as a guardian of brand expression, tone of voice and creative standards across holidays and holiday home sales.
- Developing and managing strategic brand partnerships, from opportunity sourcing to activation and performance evaluation.
- Leading and developing a high‑performing team, including creative, content and partnerships specialists.
- Managing budgets with strong commercial discipline and balancing long‑term brand building with short‑term trading needs.
What you’ll bring
- Senior experience in brand, marketing communications or integrated campaign leadership.
- Proven experience managing creative agencies and delivering large‑scale, multi‑channel campaigns.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning and creative platforms.
- Experience working across paid media, social, PR, CRM and digital channels.
- Confident interpreting insight, brand tracking and performance data to optimise activity.
- Experience building and managing brand partnerships.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior leaders across marketing, finance, operations and revenue.
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop and inspire teams.
- A balance of creative judgement and commercial rigour, with the ability to operate at pace.
- Experience within hospitality, leisure, travel, retail or other experiential brands.
- Understanding of UX, website optimisation or conversion testing.
- Experience working with CRM and lifecycle marketing teams.
