Requirements
- Running email campaigns end to end, using CRM platforms such as HubSpot. You’ve scheduled campaigns, managed lists, and run A/B tests to improve performance
- Analysing and improving campaign performance, with hands‑on experience tracking results across email, social, and paid channels and using data to make practical, results‑driven changes
- Managing multiple campaigns at the same time, staying organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable working to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Working with stakeholders, where you’ve explained marketing best practice and campaign results clearly to clients or internal teams, even when they’re not marketing specialists
- (Desirable) Worked on paid social campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn or Meta, with exposure to basic targeting and budget management
- (Desirable) Developed commercial awareness, understanding how marketing performance links to client retention, repeat business, and wider business goals
- (Desirable) Supported SEO activity, with a working knowledge of best practice to improve organic visibility

- Support teams and clients: Share digital marketing best practice, insights, and benchmarks to enable success
- Manage paid social: Set up, monitor, and optimise budgets to maximise reach, engagement, and ROI
- Execute growth partnerships: Deliver campaigns and collaborations that expand audiences and boost visibility
