Your Role

Are you ready to inspire and lead? At Co‑op Academy Grange, we are seeking a dynamic Second in Department in English to drive improvements in the department, foster collaboration, and elevate student outcomes whilst working closely with the Head of Department! As part of Co‑op Academies Trust, you will have the opportunity to innovate, inspire, and raise achievement levels across the school while working within a supportive leadership team.
