Cladding Site Manager

Sphere Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a major residential remediation project in Cardiff Bay, working for a leading Tier 1 contractor.

This role will focus on overseeing remedial and replacement works to the full external envelope following fire stopping and installation issues identified on the project. Works involve stripping back to the concrete frame and managing the reinstatement package through to completion.

We Are Looking For Someone With Strong Experience Across

• Brickwork façades
• Cladding systems
• Fire stopping remediation
• Full building envelope packages
• QA and compliance management
• Coordination of subcontractors and programme management

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations on external envelope remediation works
• Overseeing cladding, façade, fire stopping, and reinstatement packages
• Ensuring works are completed safely, to specification, and in line with programme
• Managing subcontractors, sequencing, logistics, and quality inspections
• Coordinating with consultants, client teams, and senior management
• Driving health & safety and maintaining high QA standards throughout the project

The ideal candidate will have experience managing xlqdzyr complex remediation or façade replacement projects and be confident overseeing works from structural frame through to completion.

Requirements

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Strong external envelope / cladding remediation background
• Experience on residential or high-rise projects preferred
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
