Business Development & Capture Manager - Defence & Intelligence. We're supporting an international defence organisation in hiring a Capture Manager to join their UK team in Cheltenham. Role: Business Development Manager. Salary: Up to £80k + bonus.

Responsibilities
- You'll be joining the GTM team in scoping and capturing new campaigns for Defence & National Security customers.
- Being a market leader in ISR & Cyber capabilities, the business boasts a great track record of deploying some of the most leading-edge technologies across the sector.
- They're looking for an individual with experience within sales or capture in the defence domain, specifically someone who enjoys building and managing capture and bid processes to ensure best-in-class solutions are presented.
- Whilst business development will form a part of the role, the key is in building strong relationships and shaping opportunities to fit the brief.
Qualifications
- Capture or Business Development experience in defence & NS
- Strong stakeholder & relationship manager
- Knowledge of defence technologies
- Knowledge of bid and capture processes
