Your Role
In the Operational Excellence team, within Intelligent Process and Performance (IPP), we focus on looking at ways to help our clients improve and optimise their processes using the latest technology. You will work alongside industry experts in Process Design & Optimisation, delivering programmes in an Agile/Safe manner and supporting incremental improvements while developing long‑term strategy.
As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will lead a stream of work, produce high‑quality deliverables, and drive your own learning and development. You may also contribute to business development, internal thought‑tanks, learning & development, and practice development.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client projects, producing deliverables and driving improvements.
- Support client engagements with process transformation tools and techniques (continuous improvement, Lean Six‑Sigma, Process re‑engineering, Cost Transformation, service design).
- Model business processes (BPMN) using platforms such as SAP Signavio/ARIS and identify efficiency improvements.
- Analyse and present complex data in a logical and compelling manner.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the development of market‑leading offerings.
Your Profile
- Previous consulting experience delivering or leading workstreams on process optimisation projects.
- Strong understanding and client project experience with process transformation / optimisation tools and techniques.
- Experience with SAP Signavio/ARIS or similar Business Process Modelling platforms.
- Excellent understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) and the ability to model processes using BPMN.
- Experience in business analysis and presenting complex data logically.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening and clear communication on complex issues.
- Strong networking skills to develop key stakeholder relationships.
Even better if
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt.
- Experience leveraging Process Mining in the context of process transformation.
- Experience in process analysis and prioritisation for automation delivery, including workflow design and RPA.
- Experience working on RFPs and building new tailored offers for process transformation/cost optimisation.
- Experience with Operating Model transformations.
- Experience delivering in an Agile or Scaled Agile environment.
Security Check (SC) Clearance
Successful appointment requires obtaining Security Check (SC) clearance. To qualify, the applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, among other criteria.
