The Role

• Takingownership of major client accounts
• Drivingnew business opportunities and expanding market share
• Managingand developing a team of planners
• Financialoversight of projects and profitability
• Supportingrecruitment and team expansion
• Representingclients at high-level inquiries and examinations

You will work closely with Directors to shape long-termbusiness strategy.

• Provenleadership and staff management experience
• Strongcommercial acumen and financial awareness
• Establishednetwork within Yorkshire property market
