Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer (Health Tech)
Location: London, hybrid (some remote)
Salary: Up to £200,000 + Equity

The work
- Build and ship product end-to-end across frontend and backend
- Make architecture decisions in domains where bugs have real consequences
- Own meaningful surface area, often as one of the first ten engineers
- Work closely with founders, domain experts, and customers
What you bring
- Strong production TypeScript and Python (or similar full-stack equivalents)
- Track record shipping at startups or product-led companies
- Genuine interest in regulated, mission-driven, or domain-heavy products
