Location: Working for our Burton office/Site Based - around Derby, Ilkeston, Nottingham, Leicester and surrounding areas. Typically working Monday to Friday 39 hours per week.

About You

The successful Site Manager will enhance the existing team and will have strong experience in Planned refurbishment Works, within Social Housing/tenanted properties and a good working knowledge of internal or external refurbishments. Previous roofing knowledge is not essential. Managing delivery through to completion/handover, managing a few sites at any given time, with commercial awareness ensuring costs meet budget requirements.

You will need to hold a Full UK driving licence to travel to sites daily. You must hold SMSTS or an associated NVQ and First aid at work, as well as be confident with IT and proficient in MS Office. The role will require a DBS check.
