Senior Civil Engineer – Leeds
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 plus benefits.
We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join a multidisciplinary consultancy in Leeds. This role offers project ownership, client exposure and a genuine role in developing a busy infrastructure team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of highways, drainage and site infrastructure for development projects.
- Prepare technical outputs using MicroDrainage, Civil 3D, Causeway PDS and AutoCAD.
- Deliver S38, S278 and S104 submissions and liaise with local authorities for approvals.
- Produce SuDS strategies, drainage appraisals and supporting documentation.
- Manage project programmes and attend client meetings, site visits and design reviews.
- Support junior engineers and contribute to collaborative team delivery.
About You
- Degree‑qualified engineer with solid UK development infrastructure experience.
- Strong capability in highways and drainage design.
- Confident using Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, PDS and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of UK design standards and the adoption process.
- Clear communicator comfortable in client‑facing situations.
