Job Title: Head of Delivery & Integration

Location: Watford

Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Watford - flexible working arrangements are supported)

Salary: up to £95k + great benefits + 10% discretionary bonus

Are you a strategic and hands-on tech leader ready to scale complex delivery pipelines? We're looking for an experienced Head of Delivery & Integration to oversee the implementation of critical systems, align cross-functional engineering teams, and drive the successful execution of our product roadmap for our client, who are leading experts of UK based IoT connectivity.

In this role, you'll lead QA, SRE/DevOps, and Solution Architecture functions, championing high-performance delivery in a fast-paced, scaling environment. You'll work at the intersection of engineering, product, and operations—ensuring technical excellence, stakeholder alignment, and smooth integration across platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

️ Orchestrating delivery of cross-team engineering projects

️ Managing shared services across QA, SRE, and architecture

️ Leading CI/CD, testing automation, and integration strategies

️ Supporting roadmap execution with strong technical governance

️ Navigating complex dependencies, risks, and resource planning

️ Driving inclusive team development and leadership

Background in programme/project delivery in tech environments

Leadership experience across QA and DevOps/SRE teams

Hands-on involvement with architecture, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
