The role
You'll work alongside engineers and researchers to build, evaluate, and ship data-driven models. From experimenting with LLMs to developing computer vision pipelines to getting models into production – you'll touch all of it. Early stage means real ownership, real variety, and real impact from day one.
What we're looking for
- Solid foundation in data science: statistics, modelling, Python
- Exposure to NLP or LLM workflows – fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings
- Experience or strong interest in computer vision
- Familiarity with MLOps practices – model deployment, monitoring, versioning
- Tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, or similar
- Personal projects, research, or anything built that you can point to
