The Opportunity

This is a role for someone who wants more than just another step.

You’ll join a Dispute Resolution team, working closely with a recognised Commercial Litigation Partner on:

  • Multi‑jurisdictional matters
  • Strategically significant client issues

You won’t sit on the sidelines – you’ll take ownership, shape strategy, and build real client relationships.

What You’ll Do

You’ll manage a varied and high‑quality caseload, including:

  • Complex commercial contract disputes
  • Shareholder and corporate disputes
  • Injunctions and urgent applications
  • Cross‑border and multi‑jurisdictional matters
  • Insolvency‑related and regulatory disputes

Alongside this, you’ll:

  • Run matters from initial instruction through to resolution
  • Work directly with clients, directors, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to strategy on high‑value disputes
  • Support and mentor junior lawyers as you progress

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5–8 PQE) who:

  • Is confident running matters but wants greater exposure and responsibility
  • Is commercially minded and comfortable advising clients directly
  • Is starting to think about long‑term progression and positioning
  • Values collaboration, consistency, and quality of work over volume
