This leading luxury lifestyle brand is looking for a Digital Product Owner to drive the end-to-end process of their new customer experiences. Collaborating with specialists across the business, you will have direct accountability and ownership to create digital solutions to improve the customer journey across the UK market.
They are looking for someone who is self‑motivated and able to provide customers with a high‑quality service by prioritising and defining content initiatives tailored to their needs whilst considering the business value and technical solutions to support the growth of the company.

About the role
- Creating the best technical solutions for meeting business and customer needs
- Developing relationships with colleagues from data insight and UX teams to gain a deeper understanding of customers and their needs
- Utilising various departments such as marketing, merchandising, retail, creative and so much more to ensure that internal stakeholders are well aligned with requirements that need to be met
- Monitoring the analysis, scoping and delivery of digital road‑map initiatives to understand the impact across all departments
- Providing a customer‑focused approach to implementing new strategies and communicating opportunities and progress across the business
About you
- Ability to effectively communicate with all customers and service providers
- Experience within eCommerce, as a Product Owner (retail/digital/agile environment)
- Technical experience preferred
- Prioritise tasks accordingly with a strong commercial focus
- Driven to provide results and manage the full life cycle of projects
