Job Description

Senior Manager, Marketing Operations and Enablement – DCE Marketing and Orchestration team. This dynamic role connects data to our marketing strategy, investments and impact. The successful candidate will support end‑to‑end marketing planning, improve commercial outcomes, and collaborate with multiple teams to use data, insights and technology to drive practical spend, funnel and KPI recommendations across LEGO’s owned and earned channels.

The role maintains a clear line of sight across our audiences and channels, integrating campaign, acquisition and user journey learnings into a holistic view. A systems‑thinking approach is required to recommend new measurement and Martech capabilities and enhance marketing effectiveness.
