An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Wills, Probate and Estate Planning department for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the team. Our Wills, Probate and Estate Planning department in particular has seen forward‑thinking developments with the introduction of a new onboarding role, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients. The department can also boast the firm’s first SQE Trainee Solicitor and in 2025, we expanded the department into our Witney office.

The Role

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Advise clients on all aspects of Wills, Probate and Estate Planning matters;
• Manage your own caseload from instruction to completion;
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, working alongside the Parker Bullen Promise;
• Have a good sense of commercial awareness in understand the financial and legal implications for clients;
• Meet time recording and revenue targets.

The Candidate

We are looking for the following skills and experiences:

• The ability to build and maintain your own caseload
• A good level of experience across Wills, Probate and Estate Planning matters with supervision and assistance on more complex matters
• Willing and able to attend the office at least 3 days a week
• Participation in marketing activities, networking, and business development.
