The Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in Change and Transformation recruitment
- Necessary gravitas for such a position
- Experience in growing and developing a team would be ideal
- Successful in representing a brand across C‑Level
- In‑depth knowledge within the necessary vertical
- Could be a Team Leader or Manager ready to step up
