Our client are seeking a Service Delivery Consultant based in a busy office in Birmingham. Working in the industrial sector, this is a non sales role. The successful candidate will help support the branch with their admin and resourcing and assisting with the end‑end recruitment process.

Job Description

• Facilitating the matching process of candidates to client requirements
• Placing candidates
• Performing all administration duties
• Assisting with compliance
• Advertising job adverts
• Resource candidates

Person Specification

• Proven experience of working within the recruitment industry
• Customer focused with exceptional organisational skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams
• Flexible approach to work
