Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and technically‑oriented Director of Product Sales Support (Advanced Automation, Electrical and Software Services) professional to join our team based in our Newcastle Australia office. The role will be responsible for leading commercial strategy, governance and revenue growth across industrial automation professional services and Smart Automation software product lines. This role involves leading a team of Market Area located resources providing specialized Bulk Material Handling technical sales support, managing and driving the sales process, and collaborating with sales teams to build campaigns, prioritize opportunities, and develop solutions. This position is the interface between the market area based Product Sales Support Engineers and the business line product teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication. The position supports product development teams in creating and deploying offerings, best practices, sales training, and value argumentation. This position is based in Newcastle, but we are happy to offer flexible working options, including hybrid arrangements. This position may require up to 20% travel, both regionally and occasional globally.
