Position Summary
The Senior Associate, Pyxis Commercial and Operations plays a key supporting role in the commercial growth of Pyxis by coordinating client‑facing activities, supporting go‑to‑market execution, assisting with marketing content, and ensuring the smooth delivery of client onboarding and subscription services. Reporting to the Manager, Commercial and Operations, the Senior Associate will collaborate across sales, customer success, product, and marketing to help drive the success of Pyxis. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar).
What you’ll do
- Support Go‑To‑Market Execution (30%)
- Coordinate execution of go‑to‑market plans for Pyxis subscription and direct‑to‑client services, under guidance from leadership
- Assist with preparation of pitch materials and demos for Bain case teams and external clients
- Track performance of commercial initiatives using tools like HubSpot; flag data for leadership review
- Maintain records of channel partner contacts and support logistics for referral‑based business development
- Utilize and maintain AI‑tools for commercial outreach (e.g., custom GPTs for drafting relevant insights materials and emails)
- Contribute to Product and Commercial Enablement (30%)
- Support product enablement efforts by coordinating with Product and Engineering teams to launch updates and features
- Gather and summarize client feedback to inform internal discussions on product development
- Assist in development of internal and external product collateral
- Participate in product training sessions and ensure client‑facing teams have access to up‑to‑date materials
- Identify opportunities to leverage OpenAI/ChatGPT technology across our product portfolio
- Support Customer Success efforts for external clients (25%)
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new clients, including meeting scheduling, documentation, and access setup
- Draft recurring client updates based on data provided by delivery teams
- Track renewal timelines and support the renewal process by preparing draft proposals and coordinating meetings
- Collect and share feedback from clients through structured templates
- Support and execute on Pyxis’ marketing strategy across specific verticals (15%)
- Draft or update content for Pyxis marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, newsletters, email outreach, etc.)
- Coordinate with Bain Marketing to execute approved campaigns across channels
- Manage updates to the Pyxis website, including content changes and coordination with design team
- Support event logistics and co‑marketing activities with partners
Qualifications
Education — Undergraduate degree in business, analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a professional work setting.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams, preferably in a data‑driven or tech‑enabled environment.
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar).
- Familiarity with CRM tools, collaboration tools, and marketing platforms is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple concurrent projects.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Commercial acumen and a client‑service mindset.
