Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level commercial property solicitor to join this thriving Legal 500 firm and work from their Surrey based office in Bookham and from home for 2 days per week.
You will arrive to a caseload of instructions and will not need to drum up business but good client facing skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documentation.
- Conduct due diligence including title checks, searches, and compliance reviews.
- Advise clients on landlord and tenant matters, property finance, and development issues.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Support in the development and mentoring of junior colleagues.
Qualifications & Experience
You will need to have solid commercial property experience, good communication skills, a consistent billing track record and be a team player.
