Requirements
- Proven experience delivering technical projects in AI, robotics, or advanced engineering
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and engineering environments
- Experience working in regulated or defence environments preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile advantageous
