We are looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of Global Share Schemes Senior Associate, to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and some of our global share scheme initiatives. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding client service and have a deep understanding of employee share schemes globally, then this is your chance to make an immediate impact!

In This Role, You Will

  • Deliver with Expertise: Use your knowledge of share scheme programs (stock options, RSUs, performance-based awards) and their tax implications to help clients manage their plans from a tax and strategic perspective to drive results globally.
  • Client Partner: Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, advising on share scheme compensation matters.
  • Optimise Systems: Use your experience with share scheme administration platforms and other tools to improve processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in managing global programs.
  • Mentoring: Managing and training the more junior members of the Team to elevate their professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in global share plans and experience in working with cross-border compensation programs.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including payroll and mobility teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ensuring compliance with complex regulations and guiding clients through challenging scenarios.
  • A hands‑on team player who can review team output and provide mentorship.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Experience supporting global share plan administration and compliance.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with global share schemes administration platforms is a plus.
  • Professional credential (CEP, CPA/CA, CTA/ATT) preferred but not required.

  • This is a regular full-time position.
