UHNM has created a post to support the Assistant Director for Safeguarding Assurance and Risk management. The Quality Assurance Safeguarding Officer will be providing Trust-wide leadership in safeguarding assurance and the management of Persons in a Position of Trust (PIPOT) cases from triage to closure. The post-holder will deliver high-quality audit, compliance monitoring and risk oversight across sexual safety, chaperoning and safeguarding standards for managing allegations against persons in a position of Trust. This role is ideal for an experienced safeguarding professional with strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.
