With a strong reputation in the foodservice industry and ambitious growth plans, we are now seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to lead our Nottingham site.

As Site Manager – Operations, you will take full responsibility for the performance and leadership of the Nottingham site. This includes oversight of all key functions – Delivery, Office, Sales, Stock Control, Warehouse, and Security of the premises – ensuring they are managed to the highest operational standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site operations in line with company objectives.
• Inspire, motivate, and develop diverse teams to achieve short- and long-term targets.
• Maintain and enhance customer service standards across all areas of the site.
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Protect company premises, assets, and stock through effective security and control measures.
• Monitor performance, implement improvements, and report progress to senior leadership.
• Act as the senior leader on-site, representing JJ Food Service values at all times.

About You

We are looking for a proactive, people-focused leader with a strong operational background. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience in site, branch, or operations management (preferably in foodservice, wholesale, or logistics).
• A track record of leading and developing large, multi-department teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to balance day-to-day operational demands with long-term strategic goals.
• Commercial awareness and focus on driving efficiency and profitability.
