6-Month Contract | South West England | Hybrid (2-days onsite)
We are currently looking for2 experienced Application Support Consultants to join a financial services client on an initial 6-month contract, with strong potential for extension.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a range of partner and client-facing applications within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for key business platforms including Salesforce and iBusiness
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth system performance
- Support incident management, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain strong service levels and ensure minimal disruption to business operations
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Application Support roles
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience supporting customer or partner-facing applications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of SQL
- Exposure to AWS environments
- Experience within financial services environments
