We are currently looking for2 experienced Application Support Consultants to join a financial services client on an initial 6-month contract, with strong potential for extension.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a range of partner and client-facing applications within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide application support for key business platforms including Salesforce and iBusiness
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth system performance
  • Support incident management, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain strong service levels and ensure minimal disruption to business operations

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Application Support roles
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience supporting customer or partner-facing applications
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Exposure to AWS environments
  • Experience within financial services environments
