The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across construction projects
• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site staff
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
• Ensure quality control and compliance with specifications
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting

About You

• Experience as a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager within construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Committed to delivering high-quality projects safely and efficientlyAmbitious and keen to progress within the business
