Rate £25.00 per hour.
Overview
We are looking for an experienced SMSTS Site Manager to work on a small‑scale commercial project in Barnstaple for a building and maintenance contractor.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial projects for schools, hospitals and similar sites.
- Oversee subcontractor work to ensure it meets standards.
- Ensure all staff on site adhere to health and safety regulations and perform general site‑managing duties.
Qualifications & Requirements
- SMSTS qualification, preferably with a black SMSTS badge.
- First aid certification.
- Full PPE and ability to operate forks.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
