A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well‑established Dispute Resolution team in Plymouth. This is an ideal role for a legal professional with 5+ years PQE who is confident managing their own caseload and passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

You’ll be part of a supportive and professional team that prides itself on exceeding client expectations and fostering a collaborative working environment.

The Role

  • You will manage a varied caseload of general civil litigation and personal injury claims, including fast, intermediate, and multi‑track matters. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the marketing and development of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of civil litigation and personal injury matters across fast, intermediate, and multi‑track levels
  • Provide clear, strategic legal advice to clients with a focus on service excellence
  • Maintain high standards of client care and communication
  • Contribute to the marketing and growth of the department
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm

About You

  • Is a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE (guideline only)
  • Has solid experience in general civil litigation and personal injury claims
  • Demonstrates excellent client care and communication skills
  • Is proactive, enthusiastic, and commercially aware
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative and supportive team environment
