James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing an eDiscovery Specialist to support the delivery of eDiscovery Services to a number of high-profile clients and provide project support to the in‑house legal team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear communication to external clients and legal teams
• Provide solutions advice at each stage of EDRM
• Recommend workflows through client scoping exercises
• Manage large scale eDiscovery projects and set up of complex review workflows
• Provide technical support and training to clients

Experience

• Educated to degree level in Technology, Computer Forensics or similar with circa 3 years progressive experience within a similar role;
• Strong understanding / experience in litigation support and eDiscovery
• Database design, management and data processing
• eDiscovery platforms for review & production, ideally Axcelerate
• Analytical and in‑depth knowledge of EDRM and eDiscovery workflows, processes and best practice
• Genuine interest in innovation and new litigation technologies
