Salary: Up to £65-80k (DOE)

This award‑winning Legal 500‑ranked firm offers a senior corporate solicitor role that involves advising on high‑quality corporate matters across multiple sectors and jurisdictions. The role includes work on mergers and acquisitions, equity, debt investments, cross‑border transactions, and other complex corporate matters.
Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in mergers and acquisitions, collaborating closely with partners and senior solicitors, and taking the lead on transaction phases as appropriate.
- Support asset purchase and sale deals, draft key documents, and drive progress throughout the deal lifecycle, including due‑diligence responses and supporting documentation.
- Handle completion and post‑completion matters, advising on articles of association, shareholders’ agreements, and other corporate legal work.
- Mentor junior lawyers and trainees, supervising workloads, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to business‑development initiatives that strengthen relationships and generate new business.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ PQE.
- Strong technical drafting skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven expertise in corporate and commercial law.
- Track record of delivering high‑quality client service.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and manage complex corporate transactions.
