The role is predominantly office based, and the remit to manage all aspects and operations of a busy sales team.

Day to Day Duties

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the sales office, mentoring, managing and motivating team members
  • Keeping abreast of the local property market
  • Overseeing sales processes and always ensuring a healthy pipeline exists
  • Actively promote the business to ensure consistent new and repeat business opportunities
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with local vendors and buyers
  • Oversee all administrative processes always ensuring rigorous adherence to compliance
  • Producing management reports and statistical analysis
  • Develop and nurture a robust network in the local area
