Head of HR/Operations | 12 month FTC | £85,000 - 90,000 | Mayfair

An outstanding opportunity has arisen to take on a broad and hands‑on operational HR leadership role. Based in the heart of Mayfair, you’ll be working within a close‑knit, high‑performing team with exceptionally high standards and will have significant exposure to senior stakeholders.

We are ideally looking for someone who has operated in a boutique, entrepreneurial or high‑growth business environment. Generalist HR experience within luxury, hospitality, or a premium consumer space is highly advantageous. This role will suit a highly capable HR operator who enjoys ownership, creates clarity and structure, and is comfortable handling both strategic priorities and day‑to‑day operational detail. The successful person needs to be commercially minded, an exceptional communicator, calm, capable and resilient. You’ll have strong HR generalist experience across employee relations, performance management, organisational change, compensation, and benefits.
