Brand Manager – Luxury Hotels – London – £55K-£65K + Bonus!

I am super excited to have exclusively partnered with a global leading, luxury hospitality business to find their next Brand Manager to join the marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career as they are on a massive growth period currently with more hires across all departments.

You will collaborate closely with a wider variety of teams as well as creative partners, with this member acting as a steward of the brand. You will take ownership of every visual, verbal, and experiential touchpoint reflects the refined positioning and aesthetic of this world-renowned brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safeguard brand consistency across global marketing and guest experience touchpoints
  • Oversee brand application from sales collateral to physical brand experiences.
  • Enhance and evolve brand guidelines in partnership with the creative team to support new developments and markets.
  • Work with the wider team across marketing, creative, design to ensure objectives of the brand are targeted
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to uphold strategic brand vision and execution.
  • Monitor trends within the luxury sector to ensure continued leadership in brand storytelling and design.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury brand management, ideally within hospitality, or real estate sectors.
  • A strategic thinker with a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • International experience would be highly advantageous within this role!
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and brand management platforms.
  • Understanding of all elements of brand management
