Futureheads has exclusively partnered with consumer fintech platform helping high-value customers better understand, manage and engage with their finances. The business blends smart technology, behavioural insight and strong design to create a more intuitive, modern customer experience.

They’re well-backed, scaling quickly, and have built real momentum with both customers and investors.

The role:

This is a hands‑on Product Manager role focused on internal process automation and operational efficiency.

You’ll work across the business to identify repetitive, manual or high-friction workflows, then design and build better solutions using low-code/no-code platforms and AI tools. The brief is clear: create real operational leverage, reduce inefficiency, and deliver measurable business impact within a short timeframe.

This role would suit someone who combines product thinking with builder instincts — someone who enjoys understanding messy business processes and turning them into practical, scalable workflows.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying inefficient internal workflows across multiple business functions
  • Scoping, prioritising and designing automation opportunities with clear business value
  • Building solutions directly using low-code/no-code and AI tooling
  • Working with technical teams where more complex implementation support is needed
  • Measuring impact through time savings, workflow efficiency and operational improvement
  • Acting as an internal champion for smarter, more automated ways of working

What they’re looking for:

  • A Product Manager or automation-focused operator with hands‑on experience building process automations in a business environment
  • Someone comfortable using modern workflow tools, low-code platforms and AI products to solve real operational problems
  • Strong product judgement – able to spot what is worth building, what is not, and where guardrails are needed
  • A practical, delivery‑focused mindset with evidence of implementation rather than just experimentation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills across different functions and levels of seniority
  • Comfortable working independently and owning solutions end to end

Why it’s interesting:

  • Opportunity to have visible impact across several parts of the business
  • Strong scope for creativity, ownership and fast execution
  • Chance to shape how automation is used internally at a meaningful level
  • Likely longer‑term potential if the role delivers strong value
  • Smart, driven team with a direct and low‑ego working style

Useful to know:

  • London hybrid, typically 2–3 days per week in the office
  • Suited to someone who enjoys building as much as scoping
  • Best fit for candidates with real implementation experience, not just proof‑of‑concept exposure
