Sales Manager / Associate Director

Location: Tower Bridge

OTE: Up to £100k

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am – 4pm

We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead our residential sales department in Tower Bridge. This is a senior leadership role suited to a proven estate agency professional with a strong track record of building high‑performing teams, driving revenue growth, and increasing market share within a competitive marketplace.

The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, providing inspirational leadership while maintaining a strong personal contribution to business development and client relationships. You will have 5–10 years’ estate agency experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a management or senior leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership to create a high-performance, positive, and supportive team culture, ensuring all staff are coached and developed to reach their full potential
  • Set, agree, and manage individual and branch-wide targets, objectives, and performance metrics
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and increasing market share
  • Monitor and manage branch profitability, reviewing revenue and expenditure against agreed budgets
  • Deliver accurate, consistent, and timely management information and reporting
  • Take ownership of complaint resolution, including managing and resolving escalated issues professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, systems, and relevant legislation
  • Oversee and continuously improve operational processes and administrative standards
  • Monitor competitor activity and local market trends to inform business planning and strategic decision-making

Candidate Profile

  • Strong local property market knowledge and experience
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Established network of relevant local business and professional contacts
  • Demonstrated ability to convert market appraisals at a high level
  • Expert knowledge of residential property legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Comprehensive understanding of residential property market dynamics and commercial drivers
