Digital Marketing Executive (Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Hybrid - Gillingham, Kent
Salary: £35,000 pro rata
Contract: Fixed Term until January 2027
Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on marketing professional who can hit the ground running with minimal onboarding. The successful candidate will bring strong B2B digital marketing experience, excellent campaign management skills, and a proactive approach to delivering results in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Build and maintain HubSpot campaigns and marketing automation workflows
- Oversee PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Support SEO and paid social activity to drive engagement and lead generation
- Monitor analytics, reporting, and ROI performance metrics
- Coordinate content and copywriting activity across campaigns
- Collaborate with content, design, and commercial teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives
- Manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders effectively and independently
Experience Required
- Proven experience in a B2B digital marketing role
- Strong HubSpot campaign management and automation experience
- Hands‑on PPC management experience (Google Ads and Meta Ads)
- Good understanding of SEO and paid social strategies
- Experience with analytics, reporting, and campaign performance optimisation
- Strong copywriting and content coordination skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and deliver at pace
- A proactive, self‑starting mindset with excellent organisational skills
