We are seeking an ambitious professional to join our award winning dynamic Corporate team.

The Role:

Work on high-profile, diverse matters across sectors such as healthcare, IT, security, property and retail. You’ll advise entrepreneurs, SMEs, large corporates, banks, and high-net-worth individuals on everything from M&A (buy-side and sell-side), private equity, and shareholder agreements to EMI schemes, restructuring and insolvency.

Recent highlights include:

• Designing EMI Share Option Plans for leading UK IT providers
• Implementing Management Equity Plans for digital transformation leaders
• Advising on a £12m veterinary practice sale
• Advising the largest independently-owned veterinary group in the UK on its new ‘partnership programme’
• Structuring Family Investment Companies for estate planning
• Acting on strategic acquisitions in the funeral and security sectors
• Advising Drusillas Park on acquiring Urban Jump trampoline park
