Role Overview

The Commercial Business Partner is accountable for protecting margin, managing commercial risk, and enabling sustainable growth across their aligned business areas. The role acts as a commercial authority, providing challenge, guidance, and governance across sales, delivery and client engagement decisions.

The role is responsible for ensuring a high level of service to customers and regional office employees related to driving the business forward whilst focusing on Profitability and Risk Management.

The CBP must develop strong relationships with their partners in the Senior Sales teams to provide financial support and analysis. They will act as an escalation point for the individuals that they support on office or client related issues.

It is imperative that the CBP understands and embraces TEKsystems’s internal culture and drives it through their work with both Sales and Corporate Services teams.
