We are looking for a Deputy Branch Manager for our branch in Stockport, Cheshire.
This role is a permanent position working full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.If you’re a team player, looking for a new challenge, then this may well be the role for you!
We’re looking for someone who will work closely with the Branch Manager to deliver special moments for our customers. People love the personalised and tailored service they receive from us, and when they step into one of our branches, you’ll be responsible for making sure that their experience exceeds all expectations each and every time!

You’ll need to be a team player with the ability to work closely with all your branch colleagues.
Day-to-day, you’ll be supporting and working alongside your Cluster/Branch Manager to ensure the smooth running of the branch and helping to achieve the best outcomes for both our customers and your team. Acting as a role model, most of your time will be spent on the shop floor, where you will inspire and motivate your team to provide an excellent service. Throughout all this, you’ll be investing time in coaching and developing your team to a high standard.
This role will require working with a high level of autonomy and you’ll be juggling several different priorities at any one time.
