Exclusive Opportunity: Equity Volatility Sub-PM – European Coverage | $10bn+ Multi-Strat Hedge Fund | London

Our client, a globally renowned $10bn+ multi-strategy hedge fund, is seeking a high-calibre European focused, Equity Volatility Sub-Portfolio Manager to join their established London office. This is a rare opportunity to work directly under a leading Senior PM with a dominant footprint in US equity vol, who is now strategically expanding into European single names or index volatility.

The Role:

You will be responsible for building and managing a European-focused equity vol strategy, leveraging your expertise in either single stock or index volatility. The role offers day-one capital allocation and a negotiated PnL cut, providing a clear path to performance-based upside.

• 3+ year track record managing European equity vol strategies (single names or index) with a Sharpe ratio of 1.5+
• Deep understanding of European equity markets and volatility dynamics
• Proven ability to operate autonomously within a collaborative, high-performance environment
• Strong risk management discipline and a systematic approach to alpha generation
