- Able to take control of the branch and lead people, meeting FCA standards and delivering top‑notch customer service.
- Experience managing people in a busy retail environment.
- Commercial understanding and knowledge of financial regulations and processes.
- Ability to monitor and explore branch activity to spot opportunities and improve customer outcomes.
- Resilient, versatile, flexible, able to prioritise effectively.
- Previous branch manager experience in a retail environment is desirable.
