Your Role
- You are responsible for supporting the General Manager in the successful management of the distribution centre.
- Ensuring positive team performance in each of the key result areas: Financial, Service, People and Operations.
- Effectively control inbound and outbound stock, ensuring the warehouse remains within targeted levels whilst remaining cost‑effective.
- You will ensure all warehouse colleagues act as brand ambassadors for the company in line with our marketing strategy.
- Demonstrate our key leadership characteristics and champion our company values.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with your team.
- Follow health & safety procedures at all times.
- Make a difference every day to the customer experience.
