Role & Responsibilities

The Legal Officer will be responsible for managing a wide range of legal functions within the organization, particularly in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Managing court cases and representing the company’s legal interests.
• Handling RERA compliance matters for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Coordinating with external law firms for case preparation, documentation, and legal opinions.
• Maintaining organized records of legal cases and agreements for internal use.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are seeking a female candidate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution. Candidates must have proven experience in handling contracts, court cases, and RERA‑related matters in the real estate sector. Strong organizational and coordination skills, along with excellent legal drafting capabilities, are essential for success in this role.
