About you

  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What you'll do

  • Provide administrative support across the dealership
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
  • Process paperwork relating to vehicle sales and servicing
  • Schedule appointments and support diary management
  • Liaise with internal departments including sales and service teams
  • Assist with invoicing, filing and document management
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for customers and visitors
