IT Support Engineer (Level 2) – Belfast (Hybrid)


We're working with a well-established Northern Ireland organisation seeking a proactive Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join its internal technology team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong 2nd line experience who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, improving systems, and contributing fresh ideas in a collaborative environment.
This role would suit someone who brings strong technical fundamentals alongside curiosity, innovation, and positive energy.



The Role

  • Provide Level 2 support across desktop, systems, and user environments
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Support Microsoft 365 and user account administration
  • Manage device builds, deployments, patching, and upgrades
  • Assist with infrastructure and improvement projects
  • Maintain excellent user experience across multiple sites
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across IT processes


What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Level 2 / 2nd Line IT Support role
  • Strong Microsoft 365, Windows, and Active Directory knowledge
  • Good networking fundamentals
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • A curious mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Someone who enjoys bringing ideas and energy to a team
