Role is based beside Hannahstown / Andersonstown

Salary

£31,000 + Fantastic benefits in a Modern Workplace & Progression Opportunities..

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritise service and maintenance tasks for our existing customers

  • Schedule and coordinate service visits for our Technicians

  • Communicate with customers to arrange access where needed

  • Support Technicians with administrative tasks (e.g., issuing RAMS, insurance documents)

  • Coordinate with Subcontract Clients and ensure clear communication of service arrangements

  • Log and assign call-out requests promptly, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance

  • Provide customer support via phone and email

  • Keep our operational system up to date to support Technician efficiency

  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when recording information

  • Carry out additional tasks as required by management or business needs

The Ideal Person:

  • Previous use and operation of planning and scheduling software
  • 2 years transferrable experience, ideally from a planning, service desk background
  • Minimum 5 GCSE's (A-C), including English and Maths
