Networks Partnership & Development Manager – London

Contract: Permanent, full time contract.Hours: 35 Hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. We are open to flexible workingoptions.Salary: 44,000 – 48,000Location: Hybrid, anchored to the London Carers Trust office 1 day a week. Flexibility towork from other Carers Trusts offices around the UK when needed.We are recruiting a Networks Partnerships & Development Manager (Care Equity) to supportCarers Trusts London based networks of local carer organisations and key partners acrosscommissioning, service development, organisational practice, and partnership development.Activity delivered by this post will be focused through an equity lens, taking a place-basedapproach to supporting Network Partners respond to the practice based implications ofdevelopments such as neighbourhood health, digital and workforce changes, alongside theneeds of underserved London carer populations.We are seeking a skilled practitioner with relevant sector experience of delivering effectivecapacity building and organisational development support, ideally within health, social careor community related sectors.As the postholder you will:

  • Lead on partnership development & relationship management for Carers Trust’scross-sector London Networks & strategic partners
  • Deliver capacity building activities for local carer organisations
  • Provide leadership on equity and inclusion through the convening of communities ofpractice, staff networks and training sessions in this field
  • Develop projects and pilots, with Carers Trust diverse London networks, especiallythose addressing inequality, access, and wider partnership working
